The SIGLENT SVA1000X series spectrum & vector network analyzers are powerful and flexible tools for broadcast and RF device testing. With a wide frequency range from 9 kHz to 1.5 GHz, the analyzer delivers reliable automatic measurements and plenty of features including a tracking generator and multiple modes of operation: the base model is a swept super-heterodyne spectrum analyzer and optional functions include a vector network analyzer, a Frequency Domain Reflectometer based distance-to-fault locator, and a modulation analyzer. Applications include broadcast monitoring/evaluation, site surveying, EMI pre-compliance, research and development, education, production and maintenance.

As a versatile analyzer for spectrum analysis and network analysis of Siglent Technology, SVA1000X employs advanced microwave technology and modern digital processing algorithms. It has multiple functions and excellent performance. With all the functions and performance of the SSA3000X spectrum analyzer series, also with the built-in 10 M-1.5 G directional coupler, it is a fully functional dual-port single-direction vector network analyzer. It is an ideal tool for education and RF engineers.
The frequency range is from a minimum of 10 MHz to a maximum of 1.5 GHz:
- Vector network analysis, support simultaneous measurement of amplitude and phase response, and vector S11 and S21 parameters;
- 40 dB in single port direction, transmission dynamic range over 70 dB, support for port expansion and configurable speed factor;
- Display reflection/transmission coefficient, return/insertion loss, phase, group delay, standing wave ratio, Smith chart, polar circle chart, etc.
- DTF cable and antenna measurement, cable and antenna parameter measurement and analysis based on network analysis time domain measurement, can accurately locate cable faults, impedance analysis and other functions;
- Support 3.5 G range N-type OSL mechanical calibration;
Extensive features and accessory support for EMI diagnostics and EMI pre-compliance testing, including:
- Test compensation Correction, frequency response compensation for probe, antenna, LISN, cable
- Support Limit line , Including EMI international standard limit template, or user-defined limit line
- Compliant CISPR 16 EMI filter and quasi-peak detector for quasi-peak measurement dwell time
- Support SRF5030T near-field probe set to find interference sources for radiation, cables, PCBs, etc.
- Provide SEM5040A artificial power network for single-phase device conducted disturbance voltage measurement
